Blueberry Peach Galettes Recipe
This recipe contains peaches and blueberries and is very tasty. It takes just 30-40 minutes in preparation and your guests will always like this recipe I bet to it .
Ingredients
Refrigerated pie dough {1 (15-ounce) package}, granulated sugar (1 tablespoon), sugar (1/4 cup), blueberries (1 cup fresh or frozen), peaches (6 cups fresh or frozen peeled and sliced), apricot preserves ( melted and divided 2 tablespoon)
Method Of Preparation
Firstly plug your oven and preheat it to 425 degrees. Now line the baking sheet with parchment paper and roll divided dough into a 12 inch circle (only one part of the dough and repeat whole procedure with the second part). Now combine berries, peaches and sugar. Now arrange half of this mixture over the dough; leaving a 3 inch border. Now seal the dough by folding the edges towards the centre of the circle. It will partially cover the mixture. Now apply half of the apricot preserve over it and bake for 10 min at 425 degrees. Now educe the temp to 350 and bake for 20 minutes or until lightly brown. Sprinkle the granulated sugar and serve warm or at room temperature. Make sure that if you are using frozen berries and peaches they should be properly thawed.
