Blueberry Tofu Smoothie Recipe

Frozen or fresh blueberries (1c), banana (1med.), silken tofu (6ounces), soy milk (2/3c), ice cubes (2 to 3 optional), honey (1tbsp).
Method of preparation:-
Take silken tofu, drain it and throw out the excess water. Take banana, peel and then cut it into slices. Take baking sheet; place the slices of banana on it. Place the sheet in the refrigerator to freeze for about 15 minutes to make it thicker. Take a blender, add soy milk, tofu and banana in it and then blend this mixture for about 30 seconds. Then add ½ cup of frozen blueberries and again blend it to make it smooth. Now add the rest of the blueberries, ice cubes if using and honey in it and then again blend it until the mixture gets smooth. Now it is ready to serve. Enjoy it.
