Chocolate Bread Pudding Recipe

Semi-sweet chocolate chips (3/4-1c), cinnamon (1 1/2tbsp), almond extract (1tbsp), vanilla extract (1tbsp), lightly beaten eggs (6), cocoa powder (1/4c), granulated sugar (3/4c), packed light brown sugar (1 1/4c), strong coffee (1/3c), cognac (1/4c), milk (3 1/4c), loaf of bread, slices cut into sixths (1large family size), roughly chopped pecans (3/4c optional).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 350degrees F. Take a large mixing bowl, place bread slices in it and then keep it aside. Take a bowl, mix cocoa powder, cinnamon, brown sugar and sugar in it. Take another bowl of large size, mix cognac, coffee, milk, almond extract and vanilla in it. When it gets blended then mix beaten eggs in it. Then pour the mixture over the bread pieces. Keep it for about 30 minutes until the bread pieces soak up the mixture. Take a baking pan of 13*9 inches, grease it and then add the pudding mixture in it. Sprinkle pecans and chocolate chips on the top. Now bake it for about 1 hour at 350 degrees F. take it out from oven and cut it into slices and then serve it.
