Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake Recipe

Chocolate caramel brownies (4squares), eggs (3large), baker’s semi- sweet chocolate (3squares about 3 oz), sugar (1c), artificial vanilla extract (1tbsp), melted butter (1/3c), caramel sweets (3 oz), graham cracker crumbs (2c), cream cheese, softened (3 packages about 8 oz each).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 325 F. Take a bowl, add graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and ¼ cup of sugar in it and then mix it properly. Take a spring form cake pan, Place the crust mixture on the bottom of the pan and press it. Place the cake pan in the refrigerator and keep it to chill for about 20 minutes. Take a bowl, add cream cheese, vanilla extract and the rest of the sugar in it and then beat this mixture properly. Take chocolate and melt it over double broiler and then slowly pour the chocolate in thin streak to the mixture. Add the eggs one by one in it and beat the mixture until it gets blended. Now pour the mixture into the crust and bake it for about 50 minutes at 350 degrees F. Keep it to cool for about 10 minutes. Melt the caramel sweets and pour it over the cheesecake. Take brownies, cut the each brownie to 4 pieces and then stick them around the sides of the cheesecake. Place the cheesecake in the refrigerator for about 6 hours, then cut it and serve it.
