Chocolate Carrot Cake Recipe

Ingredients
Granulated sugar (3/4 cups), finely grated carrots (1 ½ cups), boiling water (1 cup), canola oil (1/2 cup), unsweetened cocoa (1/2 cup), whole white flour (1 ½ cups), cinnamon (1 tsp), salt (1/2 tsp) and baking powder (1 ½ tsp).

Method of preparation:-
chocolate-carrot-cakeTake a large mixing bowl, mix sugar oil and carrots in it and then pour water over the mixture and keep the bowl aside. Take another bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and cocoa in it. Add this mixture to the carrot mixture and then stir both the mixtures to form batter. Take a non stick or lightly oiled square baking pan of 8”. Pour the batter in it and then place the pan in oven. Bake it for about 35 minutes at 350 degrees F. When the cake gets ready then frost it with cream cheese or glaze or serve it with ice cream.
