All purpose flour (1 1/3c), eggs (2), white sugar (1 1/2c), softened butter (3tbsp), salt (1/8tsp), unsweetened cocoa powder (3/4c), baking powder (2tsp), baking soda (1/4tsp), milk (1c), vanilla extract (3/4tsp).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C. Take muffin pans; line them with foil or paper. Take a bowl, mix flour, salt, cocoa and baking soda in it and keep it aside. Take a large bowl, beat butter, cream and sugar in it until it gets light and fluffy. Then add eggs in it one by one and beat it well after each addition and then mix the vanilla in it. Now add the flour mixture with milk in it. Beat it well to mix both the mixtures. Pour the mixture into the muffin cups, fill them ¾ full. Place the muffin cups in oven and bake for about 15 to 17 minutes until the knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Keep it to cool and then frost it with your favorite frosting.
