Shortening (1tsp) and semisweet chocolate (6 squares about 6 ounce).
Method of preparation:-
Take a waxed paper, cut it into 4 circles of 6 inches and place them on a baking sheet. Melt shortening and chocolate in microwave and then mix it until it gets smooth. Place the 2 tablespoons of melted chocolate in the center of each circle and then spread it with in the 1 inch of the edges. Place the chocolate in the refrigerator for about 3 to 5 minutes until it gets firm. Take custard cups or small bowl, cover circles with waxed paper side down over the inverted 6 oz cups. Give the shape to the edges and then place the cups in the refrigerator to chill for about 10 minutes. Then remove the waxed paper from the chocolate cups and then serve them.
