Ingredients
1. Chopped pecans (1/2c)
2. frozen whipped topping, thawed (1 container about 12 ounces)
3. chocolate syrup, divided (1c)
4. instant vanilla pudding mix (1package about 3.4 ounce)
5. chocolate cake mix (1package about 18.25 ounce)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a baking pan of 13*9*2 inches, grease it. Prepare and then bake the cake according to the package instructions. When the cake gets baked then takes it out from the oven and places it on wire rack to cool.

2. While the cake in baking, prepare the pudding according to the package instructions.

3. Take a serving dish of 13*9*2 inches. Pour the pudding into the dish. Split the cake into small pieces and then gently push the pieces down into the pudding.

4. Sprinkle ¾ cup of chocolate syrup and then spread the whipped topping. Spread the rest of the chocolate syrup and then sprinkle the pecans over it. Now place it in the refrigerator until it is ready to serve.
