Chocolate Heart Cake Recipe

Ingredients
1. All purpose flour (2c)
2. baking soda (1 1/4tsp)
3. powdered sugar, sifted (2lbs)
4. butter, melted (1c)
5. cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
6. unsweetened chocolate, melted or cooled (6 squares)
7. eggs (3)
8. salt (1tsp)
9. vanilla (1 1/2tsp)
10. milk (1 1/2c)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large bowl, mix ¾ cup of butter, cream cheese and vanilla in it. Beat this mixture until it gets well blended. Then add 4 squares of melted chocolate, ¼ cup of milk and sugar in it. Mix it properly.

2. Keep 3 ½ cup of mixture to cool for frosting. Now take the rest of the mixture and add 2 squares of melted chocolate in it and mix it, while mixing add eggs and ¼ cup of butter in it.

3. Take another bowl, mix flour, salt and soda in it. Add this mixture into the chocolate mixture, mix it and then add 1 ¼ cup of milk in it.

4. Take two heart shaped pans. Grease and floured them and then pour the mixture in these pans. Place the pans in oven and bake them for about 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees F. Then take out the pans from oven and keep them to cool.

5. Place the cake on wire rack and keep them to cool completely. Frost the cake with reserved 3 ½ cup of mixture and keep it to cool. Now the cake is ready to serve.
