Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Whipping cream (1c), cocoa (1/4c), sugar (1/2c), boiling water (2tbsp), cold water (1tbsp), unflavored gelatin (1tsp), chocolate curls, vanilla extract (1tsp).
Method of preparation:-
Take a small bowl, add cold water in it and sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over it. Keep it for about 1 minute and then add boiling water in it. Stir it until the gelatin gets dissolved. Take another bowl, mix whipping cream, cocoa, sugar and vanilla in it. Stir it until it gets blended. Beat it with electric mixer on medium speed until the mixture gets stiff. Now add the gelatin mixture in it and beat it until it gets well blended. When it gets ready then put the chocolate mousse with spoon into the glasses or dessert dishes. Sprinkle chocolate curls on mousse. Place it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to chill and then serve it.
