Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream Recipe

Milk (1 1/2c), cocoa powder (4tbsp), bittersweet chocolate (2 ounces), whipping cream (1c), sugar (2/3c), lightly beaten eggs (2), peanut butter (1/2C), pure vanilla extract (1tsp).
Method of preparation:-
Take a saucepan, add chocolate in it and melt it over low heat. Slowly mix cocoa powder and milk in it and keep it on heating until it becomes thick but not solid. Take a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar in it and then add the hot milk and chocolate mixture into the eggs. Add vanilla extract and cream in it. Keep this mixture to cool and then add it into the ice cream maker. Now mix 1 cup of ice cream mixture into the peanut butter. When it gets mixed then mix it into the rest of the cream mixture. Keep the ice cream maker to freeze. When the ice cream gets ready then serve it in bowls.
