Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles Recipe

1. Peanut butter (1/2c)
2. powdered sugar (1/4c)
3. Baker’s semi-sweet baking chocolate (1package about 8 ounces)
4. extra cream whipped topping, thawed, COOL WHIP (1tub or 8 ounce)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large microwave bowl, put chocolate in it and place the bowl in the microwave. Melt the chocolate in it on high for about 2 minutes until the chocolate gets melted.
2. Stir the chocolate after 1 minute until it gets melted completely. Then mix the peanut butter in it until it gets blended properly. Keep it to cool to room temperature and gradually mix the whipped topping and then keep it to refrigerate for about 1 hour.
3. Take a melon baller or teaspoon, scoop the peanut butter mixture and then make a ball of 1 inch. Roll the ball in sugar and then store it in the tightly covered container. Place the container in the refrigerator.
