Chocolate Raspberry Dessert Recipe

1. Unsweetened raspberry (1/2c)
2. semisweet chocolate, melted (1square about 1 ounce)
3. frozen reduced-fat frozen whipped topping, thawed (1container about 8 ounces)
4. sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix (1package about 14 ounces)
5. raspberry spreadable fruit (1/3c)
6. fat free milk (3/4c)
7. 15 cottage cheese (1c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a blender, mix milk, cottage cheese and spreadable fruit in the container of it. Cover it and blend it until the mixture gets smooth. Then add pudding mix in it and mix it well. Pour this blended mixture into a bowl. Mix the whipped topping in it.
2. Take a pie plate of 9 inches; put the mixture in it with a spoon. Sprinkle chocolate over it. Cover the pie plate and place it in the freezer for about 8 hours or for overnight.
3. Before serving the dessert, keep it at room temperature for about 20 minutes and then decorate it with raspberries. Now it is ready to serve.
