Chocolate Velvet Pie Recipe

Heavy Whipping Cream, whipped (1c), vanilla extract (1tsp), cream cheese, softened (1package about 8 oz), Milk chocolate Morsels (1 3/4c about 11.5 oz package), prepared chocolate crumb crust (1 8-inch about 6 oz).
For Chocolate Curls:- Semi-sweet Chocolate Baking Bars, made into curls (1bar about 2 oz), chopped nuts (optional).
Method of preparation:-
Take a microwave-safe bowl of medium size, place the morsels in it and microwave them for about 1 minute on medium-high power and stir them. If the morsels do not get melted then microwave them for more 10 to 15 seconds by stirring until they get melted. Take out the bowl from the microwave and keep it to cool to room temperature. Take a large mixing bowl, pour the melted chocolate in it and then add vanilla extract and cream cheese in it. Beat the mixture until it gets light in color. Then add whipped cream in it and then pour the mixture into the crust with spoon. Place it in refrigerator until it becomes hard. Spread the sweetened whip cream, chocolate curls and nut on the top.
Chocolate Curls:- Sketch a vegetable peeler across a bar of Semi-Sweet Chocolate. By using the sides of the chocolate bar, vary the width of your curls.
