Five Minute Chocolate Cakes Recipe

Ingredients
All purpose flour (1 3/4c), baking soda (1 1/2tsp), baking powder (1 1/2tsp), unsweetened cocoa (3/4c), granulated sugar (2c), boiling water (1c), vanilla (1 1/2tsp), vegetable oil (1/2c), milk (1c), eggs (2large), salt (1tsp).

Method of preparation:-
five-minute-chocolate-cakeTake a large mixing bowl, mix dry ingredients in it and then add milk, eggs, vanilla and oil in it. Beat the mixture for 2 minutes with electric mixer on medium speed. Mix boiling water in it with hand. Mix it well to form thin batter. Take a baking pan of 13*9*2 –inch, greased and floured it. Now pour the thin batter into the baking pan. Place the pan in oven and bake it for about 35 minutes at 350 degrees F. Insert the tooth pick in the center of the cake, if it comes out clean then the cake is ready. Keep it to cool for about 10 minutes in pan on wire rack and then take it out from the pan and cool it completely. Frost the cake if you like and then serve it.
