Frozen Hot Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients
1. Double Chocolate Meltdown, rich chocolate or milk chocolate flavor Nestle Hot cocoa mix (1 envelope about 2 to 3 tbsp)
2. superfine granulated sugar or baking sugar (3tbsp)
3. unsalted butter (3tbsp)
4. whipped cream (1 spoon each for topping)
5. Nestle Carnation Evaporated milk, divided (1can about 12 fluid ounces)
6. Nestle Toll House semisweet chocolate Morsels and Nestle Toll House Milk Chocolate Morsels (1/3c each)
7. ice cubes (4c)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a double boiler, set the top over the gently boiling water. Place the cocoa mix, sugar and butter in the top of broiler. Mix it until it gets melted and for smooth paste. Then add morsels in it and mix it.

2. When the morsels start melting then mix ½ cup of evaporated milk in it. Mix it until the mixture becomes smooth and then keep it to cool at room temperature.

3. Take a blender, add rest of the evaporated milk, chocolate mixture and ice in it. Cover the blender and then blend it until it gets smooth. Then pour this mixture into the bowls or glasses.

4. Spread a spoonful of whipped cream on top of each serving. Then sprinkle the chopped morsels over it and serve it with spoon or straw.
