German Chocolate Bundt Cake Recipe

For Streusel:- All purpose flour (1/4c), chopped pecans (1/3c), flaked sweetened coconut (1/3c), chilled butter or stick margarine, cut into small pieces (2tbsp), packed brown sugar (1/2c).
For Cake:- All purpose flour (2c), egg whites (2large), vanilla extract (2tsp), low fat buttermilk (1c), salt (1/2tsp), baking soda (1/2tsp), baking powder (2tsp), butter or stick margarine, softened (1/3c), granulated sugar (1 1/2c), boiling water (1/2c), sweet baking chocolate (1 ounce), unsweetened cocoa (1/2c), granulated sugar (1tbsp), cooking spray.
For Glaze:- Fat free milk (4tsp), butter or stick margarine (1tbsp), powdered sugar (1c).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 325 degrees F. To prepare streusel, measure ¼ cup of flour and mix it with brown sugar in a small bowl. Use pastry blender to cut in 2 tablespoons of butter in flour. Mix it until it looks like coarse meal. Then add pecans and coconut in it. Take a Bundt pan of 12 cup, coat it with cooking spray and dust with 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar and then keep it aside. Take a small bowl, mix baking chocolate and cocoa in it and mix boiling water in it until the chocolate gets melted. Keep the bowl aside. Take a bowl, add 1/3 cup of butter and 1 ½ cup of granulated sugar in it. Mix it with a mixer for about 5 minutes until it gets well blended. Then add egg whites, 1 at a time and vanilla in it. Beat it after each addition. Measure 2 cups of flour and mix it with salt, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl. Then add the flour mixture into the sugar mixture alternately with buttermilk. Then add cocoa mixture in it. Now pour the batter into the Bundt pan, place streusel over the batter and then put the rest of the batter over the streusel. Place the pan in oven and bake it for 1 hour at 325 degrees F until the tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Place the pan on wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes. Then take out the cake from the pan and cool it completely. To prepare glaze, take a small bowl, mix butter and powdered sugar in it and then add milk in it. Mix it and then sprinkle it over the cake.
