German Chocolate Sheet Cake Recipe

Ingredients
1. German chocolate cake mix (1package about 18 to 25 ounce)
2. vegetable cooking spray
3. fat free sweetened condensed milk (1 can about 14 oz)
4. water (1 3/4c)
5. egg whites (2)
6. egg (1large)
7. fat free milk (3 to 4 tbsp)
8. vanilla extract (1tsp)
9. unsweetened cocoa (1/3c)
10. powdered sugar (1box about 16 ounce)
11. margarine softened (1/4c)
12. chopped pecans (1/3c)
13. sweetened flaked coconut (1/3c)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl, add German chocolate cake mix, water, egg whites and egg in it. Beat the ingredients with electric mixer for 3 to 4 minutes at medium speed until the mixture becomes creamy.

2. Take a jelly roll pan of 15*10-inch, coat it with cooking spray and then pour batter in it. Place the pan in oven and bake it for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees f.

3. Take a bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, pecans and coconut in it and then spread it over the warm cake. Then broil it in oven on the lowest rack for about 2 minutes until it changes to golden in color. Take it out from oven and keep it to cool.

4. Take another bowl, beat margarine, vanilla extract and unsweetened cocoa and powdered sugar in it with an electric mixer until it gets well blended. Slowly add fat free milk in it and beat it until the mixture becomes smooth. Then spread it over the cake. Now the cake is ready to serve.
