Ginger Pear Fudge Chocolate Cake Recipe

Shredded fresh ginger or ginger powder (1tbsp), ripe pears (3), yeast (1tbsp), flour (3/4c), butter (4 oz), eggs (2), granulated sugar (1/2c), unsweetened cocoa powder (3tbsp), butter for baking dish, powdered sugar (to decorate).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take baking dish and butter it. Take pears, peel them and then cut them into thick pieces. Then place the pear pieces on baking dish from the center to the edges. Take a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, ginger and yeast in it. Mix it well. Take another bowl, mix butter and sugar in it until it gets smooth. Mix 2 eggs, one by one into the butter cream. Gradually add the flour mixture in it and mix both the mixture properly. Now pour this mixture over the pears in the dish. Place the dish in oven and bake it for about 30 minutes. Check it if it is cooked or not by inserting a knife in it. If not, bake it again until it gets cooked. Then turn off the oven and keep the cake inside the oven for about 10 minutes with oven door open. Now take it out from the oven and then sprinkle the powdered sugar on the top and serve it little warm or cold.
