Orange White Chocolate Cheese Cake Recipe

1. Chocolate graham cracker crumbs (1 1/2c)
2. unflavored gelatin (1envelope)
3. orange juice (1/2c)
4. melted butter (1/3c)
5. heavy whipping cream (1c)
6. granulated sugar (1/3c)
7. cream cheese, softened (2packages about 8 oz each)
8. Nestle toll House Premier White Morsels (2c about 12 oz package)
9. fresh orange slices and chocolate graham cracker crumbs (optional)
10. finely grated orange peel (2tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a bowl of medium size, mix crumbs and butter in it. Take an ungreased spring form pan of 9-inch. Press the crumb mixture on the bottom of the pan.
2. Place the pan in oven and bake it for about 10 minutes and then place the pan on wire rack to cool. Take a small saucepan, place it over medium heat. Mix gelatin and orange juice in it. Heat it by stirring irregularly until the gelatin gets dissolve.
3. Take a microwave-safe bowl of medium size, melt morsels in it for 1 minute on medium-high power (70%) and stir it. If necessary again microwave it for 10 to 15 seconds until the morsels get melted.
4. Take a large mixing bowl, beat sugar and cream cheese in it until it gets mixed. Slowly mix the melted morsels and gelatin mixture in it.
5. Take a small bowl; beat the whipping cream until the soft peaks form. Add the orange peel and whipped cream into the cheese mixture. Pour this filling over the crust in the pan.
6. Cover the pan and place it in the refrigerator for 6 to 24 hours until it gets hard. Remove the sides of pan and decorate the cake with orange slices and chocolate graham cracker crumbs.
