Sfoliatame Banana and Sokolata (Chocolate Banana Puffs) Recipe

1. Ripe bananas (4)
2. Chocolate spread, Merenda, Nutella etc. (1/4pound about 4 ounces)
3. frozen puff pastry sheets, defrosted at room temperature (1 package about 2 sheets)
4. ground almonds (2 ½ ounces about 1/8 pound)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 375 degrees F or 190 degrees C. Take puff pastry and cut it into 2 to 3-inch squares. Cut the bananas into very small pieces or slices.
2. Take a bowl, mix chocolate cream, banana slices and ground almonds in it to make filling. Now fill the pastry square with small amount of filling in the center of it. Take Second Square of pastry and place it on the top to complete the puff.
3. Take a cookie sheet, lightly grease it and place the puff on it. Place the sheet in oven and bake it for about 40 minutes at 375 degrees F. bake the pastry until it gets puffed and changes to golden color. Then take out the puffs from oven, keep them to cool slightly and then serve them.
