Sweetheart Chocolate Lollipops Recipe

Ingredients
1. Bakers unsweetened baking chocolate (4 squares)
2. flour (2c)
3. vanilla (1tsp)
4. eggs (3)
5. sugar (2c)
6. butter (3/4c)
7. Assorted Valentine sprinkles
8. Baker’s premium white baking chocolate, melted (4 squares)

Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a large microwave bowl; microwave the butter and unsweetened chocolate in it on high for about 2 minutes until the butter gets melted. Mix it until the chocolate gets completely melted and the mixture gets blended properly.

2. Add sugar in it and mix it well and then blend vanilla and eggs in it. Add flour in it and mix it to form dough. Cover the bowl; keep it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour until the dough becomes rigid. Make small balls of dough of about 2 inches.

3. Place the lollipop stick into each ball of dough. Then place the balls on the greased baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Place the baking sheet in oven and bake it for about 8 minutes at 350 degrees F.

4. Take out the sheet from the oven and keep it for about 1 minute and then place on wire rack to cool completely. As per instructions written in the package, melt white chocolate. Drizzle white chocolate over lollipops and then decorate it with valentine sprinkles.
