Cocoa Cola Cake Recipe

This cake is really very tasty and when served with the topping of whipped cream it’s incredible in taste.
Ingredients:
All purpose flour (2 1/3 cups), Granulated sugar (2 cups), Baking soda (1 tsp.), Cola (1 cup), Butter (2/3 cup), Unsweetened cocoa powder (2 tbsp.), Eggs (2), Buttermilk (1/2 cup), Vanilla (2 tsp.), Tiny marshmallows (1 1/2 cups), Cocoa topping ([See below] 1 recipe)
Method Of Preparation:-
Take a large bowl and mix flour, baking soda and granulated sugar. Stir them properly and set aside. Now take a medium saucepan and add butter, cola and cocoa powder. Stir them and bring it boil. Now add this to the flour mixture and stir properly to combine them evenly. Now in this add buttermilk, vanilla and eggs and stir it to combine. Now gently add marshmallows and stir them and they will float to the top. Now pour this cake mixture to the well greased baking pan and bake it for 30 minutes or till a wooden toothpick inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean at 350 degree. Transfer the cake into the plate or a wire rack now immediately spread cocoa topping on the cake. Thoroughly cool the cake.
For cocoa topping:-
Take a medium pan and add 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 cup cola and ½ cup butter. Bring to boil. Add 2½ cup sifted powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Mix with the whisk till it combine properly. Stir in one cup chopped nuts.
