Apricot Brandy Pound Cake Recipe

Ingredients
1. All purpose flour (3c)
2. eggs (6)
3. sugar (3c)
4. butter (1c)
5. vanilla (1tsp)
6. orange extract (1tsp)
7. lemon extract (1tsp)
8. almond extract (1/4tsp)
9. rum flavoring (1/4tsp)
10. Apricot brandy (1/2c)
11. sour cream (1c)
12. salt (1tsp)
13. baking soda (1/4tsp)

Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 325 degrees F. Take Bundt cake pan, grease and flour it. Take a large bowl, cream butter and sugar in it. Add eggs in it and beat it well after each addition.

2. Take a bowl of medium size, sieve flour, baking soda and salt in it and keep it aside. Take a small bowl, mix all extracts, vanilla, rum flavoring, brandy and sour cream.

3. Then add the flour mixture alternately with liquid mixture into the creamed mixture. Then pour the mixture into the greased pan.

4. Place the pan in oven and bake it for about 70 to 90 minutes at 325 degrees F. Bake it until the wooden pick inserted in the cake comes out clean.
