Cream Cake With Blueberries Recipe

Ingredients
1. Drained blueberries (1can about 15 oz)
2. beaten eggs (4)
3. cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
4. butter recipe cake mix (1box)
5. dark rum (1/4c)
6. nut extract (1tbsp optional)
7. butter (1tbsp)
8. vanilla (1tbsp)
9. cooking oil (1/4c)

For Topping:-
1. Rum (1/4c)
2. water (1/4c)
3. sugar (1/2c)
4. butter (4tbsp)

Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a small bowl, mix dark rum and blueberries in it and keep it for about 20 minutes.

2. Take another bowl, mix cream cheese, nut extract, vanilla, butter, oil and eggs in it with an electric mixer until the mixture becomes creamy. Then pour this mixture to the dry cake mix and beat it with an electric mixer on low speed until it gets moistened.

3. Then mix rum and blueberries in it with hands. Take 12 cup Bundt pan, grease and flour it. Pour the mixture into the pan and place it in oven.

4. Bake it for about 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees F until the wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.

5. For Topping; take a saucepan of small size, melt butter in it and then add water and sugar in it. Keep it to boil by stirring regularly.

6. Take off the pan from heat, add rum in it and cool it slightly. As the cake gets baked, pour the topping immediately over it. Keep the cake to cool in pan and then invert on to the serving dish.
