Cream Cake With Lemon Recipe

Flour (2c), eggs (3), milk (1c), baking powder (1pack), grated rind of lemon, vegetable oil (1/2c), yogurt (1c), granulated sugar (1c+1tbsp).
For Cream:- Flour (1/2tbsp), water (1/2c), milk (1c), granulated sugar (4tbsp), margarine (1tsp), grated rind of lemon, starch (1tbsp).
Method of preparation:-
Take a deep bowl, beat eggs and sugar in it for about 10 minutes. Then add flour, grated lemon rind, vegetable oil, yogurt and baking powder in it. Mix it well and then pour it into the greased round oven tray. Heat the oven to 356 degrees F for a while and the place the tray in it and bake it for about 50 minutes. Take out the cake from oven, keep it for about 10 minutes and the transect it into 2 pieces. Meanwhile prepare the cream in a pot. Add cold milk, cold water, sugar, starch and flour in it and mix it. Cook this mixture over medium heat until it reaches to milk pudding consistency. Then mix the grated lemon rind in it and then take off the pot from heat. Add margarine in it and mix it until it gets melt. Now pour the ½ cup of milk all over the first layer and then spread the cream over it. When the cream gets hard a little then place the second layer on it. Then pour the rest of the ½ cup of milk over it. Now cover the cake with rest of the cream and then place it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours and serve it.
