Cream Cake With Pears Recipe

Ingredients
1. Flour (3c)
2. granulated sugar (1 1/2c)
3. vegetable oil (1c)
4. yogurt (1c)
5. eggs (3)
6. pears (5)
7. baking powder (1pack)
8. vanilla (1pack)
9. cold milk (1/2c)
10. icing sugar (1/2pack)
11. granulated sugar (2tbsp)
12. chocolate chips (3tbsp)
13. water (1/3c)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a deep bowl, add eggs and 1 ½ cup of granulated sugar in it. Blend the mixture for about 7 to 8 minutes until the sugar gets dissolved.

2. Then add flour, baking powder, vanilla, vegetable oil and yogurt in it and mix it until the mixture becomes smooth.

3. Take a cake mould or baking tray, grease it and dust flour all over the mould. Pour the half of the mixture in it and make it flatten. Place the sliced pears on it and dust the granulated sugar on pear slices and then dust the chocolate chips on it.

4. Then pour the rest of the cake mixture over pear slices and again make it flatten. Again place the rest of the pear slices and then dust granulated sugar over it.

5. Heat the oven for a while at 347 degrees F. Place the mould in oven and bake it for about 50 minutes and then take it out from oven and keep it to cool. Mix 1/3 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar and pour it over the cake.

6. Mix icing sugar and milk and then cover the cake with this mixture. Place the cake in the refrigerator for about 2 hours and then cut it into slices and serve it.
