Delicious Coconut Cream Cake Recipe

1. Eggs (3)
2. White cake mix (1package about 18.25 ounces)
3. sweetened condensed milk (1can about 14 ounce)
4. coconut cream (1can about 14 ounce)
5. coconut extract (1 1/2tsp)
6. water (1c)
7. vegetable oil (1/3c)
8. white sugar (1tbsp)
9. flaked coconut (1c)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a pan of 9*13 inch. Take a large bowl, add cake mix, water, oil, eggs and coconut extract in it and mix all these ingredients for about 2 minutes.
2. When the mixture gets smooth then pour it into the greased pan. Place the pan in oven and bake it for about 30 minutes until the wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
3. Take another bowl of medium size, mix sweetened milk and coconut cream in it and stir it until it becomes smooth. Take out the cake from oven and make holes in it with chop sticks or large fork.
4. Then pour the milk mixture over the cake, keep it to soak and then at once place it in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours or overnight.
5. Take a large bowl, beat cream in it until peaks form. Then add sugar in it and beat it until it becomes firm. Then spread the topping over the cake and dust the flaked coconut on the top. Now the delicious coconut cream cake is ready to serve.
