Rolled Cream Cake With Banana Recipe

1. Flour (2/3c)
2. baking powder (1/2tsp)
3. granulated sugar (1 ½ cup)
4. vanilla (1 pack)
5. vegetable oil (1/3 cup)
6. eggs (4)
For Cream:-
1. Wheat starch (1 tbsp)
2. granulated sugar (1/3 cup)
3. milk (3 ½ cup)
4. bananas (2-3)
5. margarine (1tsp)
6. flour (3 tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a deep bowl, beat eggs and granulated sugar in it until it turns to white in color. Add sieved flour, baking powder, vegetable oil and vanilla in it. Mix it well and then pour this mixture into the greased baking tray of square shaped.
2. Heat the oven to 320 degrees F for a while. Place the tray in oven and bake it for about 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees F without drying it.
3. Meanwhile prepare the cream, take a pot, place it over medium heat and put milk, granulated sugar, flour and starch in it. Cook it by stirring it regularly.
4. When the mixture reaches to the consistency of milk pudding then take off the pan from heat. Then add margarine in it and mix it well. Keep it to cool by stirring irregularly to prevent the clotting of butter.
5. Take a paper which is bigger than cake. After cooling the cake for a while place it on the paper and then roll it with paper while it is Lukewarm yet. Keep it to cool completely and the take out the paper from it. Spread the cream all over the cake.
6. Place 2 or 3 bananas on the cake and roll the cake with bananas. Sprinkle the icing sugar over it and keep it in the refrigerator for overnight. Then cut it into slices and serve it.
