Sour Cream Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients
1. All purpose flour (2c)
2. vanilla extract (1tsp)
3. sour cream (1c)
4. eggs (2)
5. sugar (1c)
6. butter, softened (1/2c)
7. salt (1/4tsp)
8. baking soda (1tsp)
9. baking powder (1tsp)

For Topping:-
1. Chopped pecans (1/2c)
2. ground cinnamon (2tsp)
3. packed brown sugar (1/3c)
4. sugar (1/4c)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar in it and then add sour cream, eggs and vanilla in it. Mix all these ingredients properly.

2. Take another bowl, mix flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder in it. Add the flour mixture into the creamed mixture and then beat both the mixtures properly.

3. Take a baking pan of 13*9-inch, grease it and then pour the half of the batter in it. For topping; take a bowl, mix sugar, brown sugar, ground cinnamon and chopped pecans in it and then dust half of this topping mixture over the batter in the pan. Then add the rest of the batter and topping on it.

4. Place the pan in oven and bake it for about 40 minutes at 325 degrees F. Bake the cake until it gets baked well. Then take it out and keep it to cool.
