Sour Cream Pound Cake Recipe

Ingredients
1. Sour Cream (1/2c)
2. butter (1/2c)
3. white sugar (1 1/2c)
4. all purpose flour (1 1/2c)
5. baking soda (1 pinch)
6. eggs (3)

Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 375 degrees F or 190 degrees C. Take a loaf pan of 8*4-inch, grease and flour it.

2. Take a large bowl, cream butter and sugar in it until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Then add eggs and sour cream in it. Now add flour and a pinch of soda in it and mix it well. Then pour this mixture into the greased loaf pan.

3. Place the pan in oven and bake it for about 1 hour at 375 degrees F or 190 degrees C. Bake it until the wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
