Sour Cream Streusel Coffee Cake Recipe

1. All purpose flour (3 1/4c)
2. dry bread crumbs (3tbsp)
3. eggs (3)
4. white sugar (2 1/2c)
5. butter (3/4c)
6. salt (1/4tsp)
7. baking soda (1/2tsp)
8. sour cream (1container about 8 ounce)
9. vanilla extract (2tsp)
10. Chopped pecans (1/4c)
11. ground cinnamon (1tbsp)
12. brown sugar (1/4c)
13. milk (2tbsp)
14. confectioner sugar (1c)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C. Take a tube pan, coat it with non stick cooking spray and dust the bread crumbs on it. Take a bowl, sieve flour, salt and baking soda in it and keep it aside.
2. Take another small bowl to prepare streusel in it, mix chopped pecans, cinnamon and brown sugar in it and then keep the bowl aside.
3. Take a large bowl, beat butter and sugar in it until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Beat eggs in it one by one and then add vanilla in it. Now add the flour mixture in it alternately with sour cream. Mix it properly.
4. Pour half of the batter into the baking pan and dust half of the streusel mixture over the batter in the pan. Then repeat the rest of the batter and the streusel mixture.
5. Now place the pan in oven and bake it at 350 degrees F for about 60 to 70 minutes until the wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Now take out the pan from oven and keep it to cool for about 10 minutes and then place it on wire rack and cool it completely. Take a small bowl, add milk and mix confectioner sugar in it until get the desired consistency and then sprinkle this mixture over the cake. Now the cake is ready to serve.
