Sponge Fingers Cream Cake Recipe

1. Wheat starch (1/2 tbsp)
2. flour (3 tbsp)
3. granulated sugar (1/2 cup)
4. cold milk (2 ½ cup)
5. egg (1)
6. sponge fingers (18)
7. cocoa (2 tbsp)
8. margarine (1 tbsp)
9. vanilla (1 pack)
10. grated coconut
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large and deep bowl, put sifted flour, cocoa, starch, granulated sugar, egg and cold milk in it and then blend this mixture.
2. Cook this mixture over medium heat until it gets the consistency of milk pudding. Then take cream off from heat and add margarine and vanilla in it. Stir it for about 5 minutes.
3. Take a small tray, pour some cream in it and spread it with ½ inch thickness. Now place the sponge fingers, crosswise and longitudinal over the cream to make biscuit squares of 3×3-inch. Again spread the cream all over the sponge fingers and arrange the rest of 9 biscuits as a square.
4. Again spread the cream all over to make the top smooth. Place it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours and spread the grated coconut all over the cake. Now cut the cake in slices and serve them.
