Cherry Crunch Cream Parfaits Recipe

This recipe has two different texture i.e. creamy and crunchy which makes it very interesting to eat and it’s so tasty and flavorful that no one can guess that it is without sugar and with very less calories.

Ingredients:
1. Skim milk (1/2 cup)
2. Chopped toasted pecans (2/3 cup)
3. Sugar-Free, Fat-Free Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix (1, 4-serving-size package)
4. Thawed light whipped dessert topping (1 1/2 cups)
5. Frozen dark sweet cherries (no sugar added), thawed (1 (12-oz.) bag)
6. Grated lime peel (1 teaspoon)
7. Fresh lime juice (1 Tablespoon)
8. Crushed pineapple in its own juice (1 [20 oz] can)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take out the pineapple juice in the large bowl and add lime peel, milk and lime juice in it. Now add the pudding mix and blend it properly.

2. Now fold in the whipped topping and add pineapple, pecans (1/2 cup) and cherries and fold all of them together. Now cover and chill it for at least 2 hours.

3. To serve them, spoon the mixture into the 8 dessert glasses and sprinkle the toasted pecans.
