Carrot Cake Recipe

This cake is made with the baby carrots and is very tasty.

Ingredients:-
1. Eggs (3)
2. All-purpose flour (2 cups)
3. Baking powder (2 1/2 teaspoons)
4. Carrot baby food (2 [4 ounce] jars)
5. Canola oil (1 cup)
6. White sugar (2 cups)
7. Ground allspice (1/4 teaspoon)
8. Ground nutmeg (1 teaspoon)
9. Ground cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
10. Salt (1/4 teaspoon)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Plug your oven and preheat the oven to 325°F and grease and flour the pan. Now in a medium bowl mix baking powder, flour, salt, all spice, nutmeg and cinnamon. Set aside.

2. Now take a large bowl and combine the baby food and oil, mix it well and add eggs in it. Now add sugar and blend and mix well. Now add the flour and mix it properly to combine it well.

3. Now pour the batter into the pan and bake it for at least one hour or till the toothpick test is cleared. Now cool the pan for 10 minutes and then serve it.
