Rolled Sugar Cookies Recipe

These cookies are must for the Easter party as they can be made very easily and in lots of shapes.
Ingredients
All-purpose flour (5 cups), Baking powder (2 teaspoons), Butter, softened (1 1/2 cups), Eggs (4), Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon), White sugar (2 cups), Salt (1 teaspoon)
Method Of Preparation:-
Take a large bowl and mix sugar and butter till it becomes smooth paste. Now beat vanilla and eggs till the paste is smooth. Mix in baking powder, salt and flour. Now cover and chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least one night. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees C and roll the dough and flatten it into ½ inch thick high. Now cut it into your favorite shapes. Place them on a cookie sheet 1 inch apart and bake it for 6-8 minutes. Cool and serve.
