Ingredients:-
Cake flour (2¼ cups), Butter (½ cup), Egg whites (4), Milk (1 cup), Baking powder (2½ tsp), Vanilla extract (1 tsp), Salt (½ tsp), White sugar (1¼ cups)

Method Of Preparation:-
Prepare the mold first of all before making your lamb cake and coat it with the vegetable oil and let it stand for few minutes, after that just wipe out the excess of oil with the paper towel. After that grease and flour your mould, make sure you fill all the areas of the mold to make your sweet cute little lamb.

As you are busy in this, by that time preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. now sift the cake flour, baking powder and salt. Set them aside. Now in a large bowl mix butter and sugar to make a fluffy and light paste. In this paste add flour and milk alternatively and mix the batter until it becomes smooth. Now add vanilla and mix it properly.

In another bowl beat the egg whites and mix one third of it to the batter and mix it properly and lighten it. Now quickly add the rest of egg white and mix it properly. Now fill the mold with the batter in such a way that the mold is completely filled and you don’t disturb the coat of flour and grease. Put the lid and make sure it locks up properly so that two sections don’t come apart while baking. Bake it for around one hour. Cool the cake on the rack for 15 minutes and then remove the top of the mould. Let it set for more 5 minutes before removing the bottom of the mould.

After removing the mould let the cake to cool down completely and then make your lamb to sit down. Do icing with your own choice and decorate it.
