Banana Tarte Tatin Recipe

1. Bananas, cut crosswise into ½ inch slices (3)
2. rum sauce (1/2c)
3. butter (2tbsp)
4. frozen puff pastry (1sheet)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Take pastry dough, roll it into 11-inch circle and then keep it to chill.
2. Take an oven proof skillet of 10-inch. Add rum sauce in it and keep it to simmer. Then take off the pan from heat and slices of banana in single layer in hot rum sauce. Wrap the pastry over the bananas and overhang it up the sides of the skillet.
3. Place the skillet in the oven and bake it for about 20 to 25 minutes at 425 degrees F until it changes to golden brown in color. Keep it to cool for about 30 minutes on skillet and then invert it on the platter. Now the banana tarte tatin is ready to serve.
