Cherry Clafoutis Recipe

It is really a very tasty and exquisite French recipe which is cross between flan and a cake. Iy is very easy to make and very delicious.

Ingredients:-

1. Flour (1/2 cup)
2. Eggs {(lightly beaten) 3}
3. Black Cherries (1 lb.)
4. Butter
5. Whole Milk (1 1/2 cups)
6. Salt
7. Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup)
8. Powdered Sugar ( for decorating)

Method Of Preparation:-

Firstly plug your oven and preheat it to 350°F. Now sift flour and add pinch of salt. Stir in sugar, eggs and milk. Now take a baking dish and apply butter and granulated sugar on it. Spread cherries on the bottom of baking dish evenly. Now pour the flour mixture over them and bake for 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle sugar on the top when it cools down and serve.
