1. Dark chocolate (200gms)
2. eggs (4)
3. flour (120gms)
4. caster sugar (160gms)
5. butter (220gms)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Take a bain marie or double boiler, melt chocolate in it and then add butter in it. Then take it off from heat and keep it to cool.
2. Take a bowl, beat eggs and sugar in it until the mixture changes to light yellow in color. Then add flour in it and mix it properly with spatula. Now add chocolate in it.
3. Take Teflon molds or flex pan and fill them halfway. Place a chocolate square on the top of each cake and then pour the chocolate batter in each mold.
4. Place the molds in oven and bake them for about 15 minutes. Then take out the molds from oven and keep them aside for about 15 minutes and then remove the molds and serve them hot or cold.
