Chocolate Ganache Recipe

1. Heavy cream (1c)
2. bittersweet chocolate, chopped (9ounce)
3. dark rum (1tbsp optional)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl of medium size, place chocolate in it. Take a small saucepan, place it over medium heat. Heat cream in it and keep it to boil very carefully.
2. When the cream starts boiling then pour the chopped chocolate in it and mix it until it becomes smooth. Mix rum in it if desired. Then keep the granche to cool slightly. Now pour it over the cake. Start it from the center of the cake.
3. For chocolate filling or fluffy frosting, keep it to cool until it becomes thick and then beat it until it gets light and fluffy.
