Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Ingredients:-
1. Unsweetened Baking Chocolate (8 oz.)
2. Eggs (7,divided into 3 egg yolks, 4 egg whites.)
3. Butter – room temperature (2 tbsp)
4. Salt (to taste)
5. Sugar (1/2 cup)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a bowl and beat egg yolk with sugar. Beat it until it starts to whitening. Now chop the chocolate in another bowl and add 3 tbsp of water. Melt it in double boiler, over a low heat with continuously stirring until chocolate melts. Make it sure that water does not boil.
2. Remove from the chocolate from heat and add butter. Add the egg yolk when the chocolate cools. In another bowl beat egg whites with salt, until they become firm and add hem in the mixture with continuous stirring. Now refrigerate it and serve chill.
