Coconut Flan Delight Recipe

Ingredients
1. Flour (1/3c)
2. shredded coconut (1/2c)
3. eggs (6)
4. concentrated, unsweetened milk (2c)
5. coconut milk (2c)
6. granulated sugar (1c)
7. vanilla powder or extract (1tsp)

Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 300 degrees F. Take a bowl, beat eggs and sugar in it. Then mix flour and vanilla in the egg mixture and beat it well. Add coconut milk and unsweetened milk in the mixture and stir it properly.

2. Now take a flan or a pie dish, pour the mixture into the dish. Place the dish in double-boiler and bake it for about 40 to 45 minutes until it gets firm. If you can’t bake in double boiler then just butter the flan or pie dish and bake it normally in oven.

3. When the flan becomes firm then takes it out from boiler or oven and keeps it to cool. Sprinkle the shredded coconut over the top and then keep it in refrigerator and then serve it.
