Coffee Ice Cream (Glace Au Caf) Recipe

Very strong fresh black coffee (3tsp), egg yolks (6), sugar (175gms), milk (4tbsp), double cream (200ml), evaporated milk chilled for about 2 hours before use (200ml).
Method of preparation:-
Take a bowl, add milk and cream in it and beat it until it becomes stiff. Beat egg yolks and sugar until the mixture becomes thick and light colored. Mix cream into the eggs and sugar mixture and then add coffee in it. Then beat evaporated milk until it becomes stiff and then add it into the egg mixture. Take freezing container; pour the mixture in them with spoon. Place them in freezer and freeze them for about 6 hours. Coffee ice cream does not freeze very hard.
