1. Crystallized orange peel, finely chopped (1 1/2tsp)
2. chopped dried dates (3tbsp)
3. chopped walnuts (3tbsp)
4. white chocolate (3 oz)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a baking sheet, line it with parchment paper. Take a double boiler, filled it with barely simmering water and then melt chocolate in it.
2. Place the spoonful of melted chocolate over the parchment paper in baking sheet and make it smooth into 2-inch circle. Immediately dust the orange peel, dates and walnuts over the chocolate disks before they get set up.
