Cream Puff Shells Recipe

Ingredients
1. Sieved all purpose flour (1c)
2. boiling water (1c)
3. salt (1/8tsp)
4. shortening (1/2c)
5. eggs (4)

Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 450 degrees F or 230 degrees C. Take a saucepan of medium size, mix shortening and salt in it and then add boiling water in it. Heat this mixture until it gets boil.

2. Turn down the heat to low and then add all flour at once in it mix it briskly until the mixture forms a ball. Then take off the pan from heat and beat eggs in it one at a time. Beat the mixture well after each addition. Beat the mixture until it becomes thick and shiny.

3. Take an ungreased cookie sheet, spoon the batter on it. Place the sheet in oven and bake it for about 20 minutes at 450 degrees F. Then turn down the heat to 350 degrees F and again bake it for 20 minutes more until it changes to golden color and it produce sound when tapped. Keep it to cool and then fill and serve.
