French Custard Recipe

Ingredients
1. Eggs (4)
2. sugar (1 1/4c)
3. scalded milk (3c)
4. vanilla (1tsp)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a heavy frying pan, place it over heat. Add ½ cup of sugar in it and heat it until it gets melted and changes to brown in color.

2. Take 6 custard cups, pour the melted sugar in these custard cups. Take a bowl, beat eggs with rest of the sugar in it and then add vanilla in it. Then add hot milk in it and beat this mixture regularly. Pour this mixture into the custard cups.

3. Take a pan of hot water and then place the cups in it. Place the pan in oven and bake for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees F until the mixture gets set. Then take out the cups from oven and place in refrigerator until the custard gets chilled. Now the French custard is ready to serve.
