Sieved cake flour (1c), butter (1/4c), vanilla (1tsp), sugar (1c), eggs (6).
Method of preparation:-
Take a bowl, put unbroken eggs in it and cover them with hot tap water just to warm the eggs but not cooked. . Keep them in hot tap water until the water is lukewarm. Then drain and repeat the process. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take two round layer cake pans of 9-inch about 1 ½ inches deep. Line the pans with heavy brown paper and then grease the paper. Take a large bowl, heat it under hot tap water and then dry it and then beat eggs in it at high speed for 15 to 30 minutes until the mixture forms hard peaks. Melt butter and cool it until it gets lukewarm. Then dust 2 tablespoons of flour over the egg mixture. Slowly mix it with rubber scrapper. Repeat it until the whole flour gets used. Spread 1 teaspoon of butter at a time over the batter. Then pour the batter into the greased pans. Place the pans in oven and bake them for about 40 minutes. Loosen the edges of the cakes and then place it on rack to cool. Remove the paper and then serve it.
