Leprechaun Pie Lime Cheesecake Recipe

Limeade concentrate, not mixed with water (3/4c), sweetened condensed milk (1 can about 14 ounce), Cream cheese, softened (1packet about 8 ounce), butter (4tbsp), sugar (1/4c), graham cracker crumbs (1 packet about 1 1/2c) and green food coloring (as desired).
Method of preparation:-
Take a spring form pan or pie pan of 9-inch. Add sugar, crumbs and butter in it. Mix all these ingredients until the crumbs get absorbed the butter and the mixture becomes consistent. Press the crumbs at the bottom of pan and up the sides of pan. Place the pan in oven and bake it for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees F. Take a bowl of medium size, beat cream cheese in it until it becomes soft. Then add sweetened condensed milk and beat it again until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Then mix limeade in it and beat it continuously until the mixture becomes smooth. Now add food coloring in it and then pour this mixture into the spring form pan or pie pan. Place the pan in freezer. Decorate the pie with whipped cream and serve it when it gets frozen.
