Profiteroles Recipe

Ingredients
Icing sugar (2tsp), choux pastry made with 2 eggs, vanilla or coffee ice cream.
Chocolate Sauce:-   Double cream (3tbsp), plain chocolate (2 oz), softened butter (1/2 oz), warm water (1tbsp).

Method of preparation:-
profiteroles-recipesMake choux pastry according to the instructions on the package. But mix 2 teaspoon of icing sugar with butter and water in the choux pastry. Take an oven tray, grease it and then pipe the pastry in rounds of 3-inch on the tray. Place the tray in hot oven and bake it for about 30 minutes at 425 degrees F or 220 degrees C. If they begin to brown too fast then reduce the heat of oven to 375 degrees F or 190 degrees C. When they get cooked then make a slit in each profitrole to take out the steam from them and again place them in oven. Turn off the oven and open the door lightly and keep them for about 10 minutes to dry out. Now place them on rack to cool.
For Chocolate Sauce:- Take a saucepan, place it over heat and add water in it. Add grated chocolate in the pan and melt it by stirring regularly. When it becomes smooth and creamy then take off the pan from heat. And mix first cream in it and then softened butter. Keep it warm. Now take serving bowls, place profiterole in them and put ice cream in the center of it and then pour the chocolate sauce over it and then serve it.
